Stone Ground Spelt

This is it, the ALLSTAR! hands down our bestseller! Our spelt bread checks all boxes proving that a bread can be both healthy and tasty! Spelt is one of the oldest cultivated crops in human history. It is high in protein, dietary fiber and has a lower gluten count than traditional wheat flour. We combine the spelt with rye flour giving our bread a strong structure while still remaining light and airy. Just enough seeds, just enough salt, and just about perfect for anything you throw on it!

Daddy Dinkel

Dinkel is the German word for spelt, and this spelt based sourdough is as serious as a German. A high hydration dough with a slight addition of honey, and seeds fermented in apple cider vinegar. Made using a 70/30 mix of spelt and rye flour this bread has a strong flavored crust, with large airy pores and delicate inner texture. Local New York State honey combined with Braggs ACV breeds a lovely balance of tangy and sweet. Stays fresh long, has a distinct aroma, and is best lathered in butter! You can definitely call this one Daddy!

Perfect PUMPkin-Flax

PROTEIN, fiber, magnesium, zinc, Omega-3 fats! The list of benefits is long when you combine pumpkin and flax seeds. Pumpkin seeds have the highest protein content of any other seed. Each one of our PUMPkin-flax breads contain nearly one cup of pumpkin seeds giving you just about 40 grams of protein per loaf. So if you’re trying to keep that gym pump alive and those gains flowing your way this bread will be your spotter!

Grandpa’s Rye

Grandpa's Rye has a nostalgic flavor, strong structure, and is loved by all, just like Grandpa! We use “dark rye” flour in our breads which is the equivalent of whole meal, this means the flour has all the bran and the germ in it: and this one is 100% rye! The flavor of the sourdough really shines through on the flavor profile. High in fiber, low in sugar and gluten. Easily digestible, no excess ingredients, simple and pure, this bread is a true staple to our brand.

“Don’t scrape the seeds off - they’re good for you!” Mom always said... and she was right. Not just a generic “seven grain bread” with seeds as scarce as hen's teeth. The multi-seed bread you hold in your hand is an absolute powerhouse! Brown and golden flax seeds, black and white sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and rye flakes. Fiber, protein, magnesium, copper, vitamin B1, omega-3, calcium, iron, zine, vitamin B6, folic acid, and niacin. So listen to mom, and don’t scrape the seeds off!

Sonny’s Sunflower

Our sunny Sunflower is dense, dark and absolutely loaded with seeds! It’s got a rye flour to sunflower ratio of 10:7 - there's almost as many seeds as flour! More is better in this case because these seeds keep you feeling as if you’ve been sun kissed. They’re high selenium content which helps to control cell damage and prevent oxidation. The vitamin E combats UV rays, keeps skin youthful, and hair shining; and the high protein content doesn’t hurt either!
